Landsea Homes has sold out four of its communities in metro Phoenix in less than 15 months — and has more lots in escrow as the Newport Beach, California-based homebuilder continues to expand its geographic footprint here.
Those four sold-out communities include nearly 400 homes that were sold within those 15 months, said Todd Condon, vice president of marketing and sales for Landsea’s Arizona division.
“The Arizona market is clearly the largest operation that Landsea has in one market,” Condon said. “It is the market the company is committed to for the long haul. We have taken aggressive measures to be heavily involved in land acquisition opportunities when we find a suitable fit for our product.
