MILPITAS — A big tech park in Milpitas has signed leases with three tenants, in deals that signal interest by tech companies to return to the offices in the wake of the coronavirus outbreak.

McCarthy Center, a Milpitas tech campus, has landed three companies that together leased just under a combined 100,000 square feet, according to park owner Irvine Co.

Tech companies Corning Optical Communications, Rohde & Schwarz USA, and cPacket Networks signed leasing deals for offices at McCarthy Center, according to Irvine.

“McCarthy Center is a vibrant workplace community that helps innovative companies create a winning culture and contributes significantly to growth, success, and employee satisfaction,” said Todd Hedrick, a regional vice president with Irvine’s office operations.
