Homebuilder Landsea Homes has moved into its new corporate U.S. headquarters in Newport Beach, California, hoping to take advantage of the area’s strong fundamentals.
The company, a subsidiary of China-based home builder Landsea Green Group, leased 10,671 square feet earlier this year for its new offices in a 260,000-square-foot, Class A office building at 660 Newport Center Dr. with landlord The Irvine Company, according to CoStar data.
