Shea Properties signed a lease with Swami’s Cafe to bring the new restaurant concept to Del Sur Town Center in San Diego. The 210,000-square-foot specialty dining and retail destination is located in the master-planned community of Black Mountain Ranch in northeast San Diego.
Shea Properties’ Kiril McKee says, “Del Sur Town Center includes an exciting roster centered around food, fitness, services and shops, many who are local, San Diego-based brands. We’ve tried to bring together a mix of tenants that elevate the offerings for the community.”
