Hoag is set to expand its health care services to San Clemente, introducing a new state-of-the-art facility aimed at providing personalized, proactive, and integrated care to residents in South Orange County. The announcement on Tuesday, Oct. 1, marks a significant step in increasing access to comprehensive healthcare in the region.
The new Hoag Health Center San Clemente will be located in Plaza Pacifica at 993 Avenida Pico and will feature a 20,000-square-foot facility offering a wide range of medical services. These include internal and family medicine, urgent care, obstetrics and gynecology, orthopedic and sports medicine, radiology, and imaging services.
