Former Hyatt Center revamps tenant roster

Life goes on for Loop landlords after new skyscrapers poach their anchor tenants. Especially those owners that pour millions into building upgrades.

That’s the case for the former Hyatt Center at 71 S. Wacker Drive, which recently inked new or expanded leases with seven companies totaling 218,000 square feet, the tower’s owner announced today.
