A homebuilder has acquired hundreds of lots for the first phase in a master-planned community southeast of the Denver-metro area.
Trumark Homes recently purchased 330 lots of Tanterra in Parker for an undisclosed amount. The new community will be located on the southeast corner of Chambers Road and Hess Road.
“Tanterra presents an exciting opportunity for us to expand into Parker and to play a role in creating an exceptional new master-planned community that will epitomize the best of Colorado living,” said Brian Mulqueen, Colorado division president for Trumark Homes, in an announcement. “The prime southeast Metro Area location coupled with a thoughtful design encompassing open space, amenities and recreational opportunities creates an ideal canvas for our high-quality homes that will offer something for everyone.”
The lots at Trumark Homes in Tanterra will become 226 single-family detached homes and 104 duplex homes, according to the announcement.
Tanterra will grow to 3,300 homes at full build out, according to PCS Group, a design firm based in Denver.
