Orinda, Calif. (October 27, 2021) – Landsea Homes Corporation, a publicly traded residential homebuilder, announced today that all 34 homes have been sold at its single-family home community, Relevae at Wilder in Orinda, California, just 11 months after opening for sale.

The 34 luxury homes at Relevae at Wilder are located in the oak-covered foothills on a portion of the old McCosker ranch in Contra Costa County. The homes ranged between 2,377 and 3,474 square feet, and offered options for three to four bedrooms and three to three-and-a-half bathrooms.
