Sunnyvale, California (July 8, 2021) – Landsea Homes Corporation (Nasdaq: LSEA) (“Landsea Homes” or the “Company”), a publicly traded residential homebuilder, announced today that construction has officially begun on its new community, Lavender in Sunnyvale, CA.

Buyers are looking for living that offers high quality modern-day conveniences, state-of-the-art amenities and easy access to transportation, which Lavender will provide.”
Lavender will consist of homes with nine different floor plans ranging in size from 1,078 square feet to 2,011 square feet. Additionally, 20 of the townhomes will be priced below market rate. Homes at Lavender are expected to be available later this year.
