Two law firms have signed leases at Irvine Co.’s 2121 Avenue of the Stars in Century City for a total of 56K SF.
National trial law and litigation firm Robins Kaplan LLP leased 23K SF in the 34-story high-rise, and litigation firm Miller Barondess LLP leased 33K SF, Irvine Co. announced. Miller Barondess’ lease is both a relocation and expansion. The firm will move from approximately 20K SF at 1999 Avenue of the Stars, Miller Barondess Partner Louis R. Miller told Bisnow.
The building offers on-site amenities including a café, a tenants-only fitness center, concierge services and outdoor space set up with WiFi and TVs for work or gatherings.
