Landsea Homes Corp. (Nasdaq: LSEA) has begun selling 90 homes at Rev at Eastmark in Mesa while KB Home (NYSE: KBH) opened two new communities for 335 homes at the Liberty master-planned community in Phoenix.
Landsea’s new homes in Mesa add to home sales launched in the Centerra community in Goodyear, where 53 homes with new floorplans and designs are being unveiled. With prices starting in the $400,000s, homes will range between 1,679 and 2,210- square feet at Centerra.
Those 53 homes represent Phase II at Centerra. The first phase of Centerra had 126 homes, which sold out in March, said Todd Condon, vice president of sales and marketing for Landsea’s Arizona division.
