Landsea Homes Corp. announced homes are selling at Verandah at Valley Oaks in Novato, California. Three model homes are available to tour, ranging between 1,400 and 1,770 square feet, with options for two to three bedrooms and one-and-a-half to three bathrooms. Homes also offer Landsea’s LiveFlex option, giving buyers the opportunity to personalize and customize space to meet lifestyle needs.

Select floor plans in the community feature rooftop decks with views of either the San Pablo Bay or hillsides with heritage oak trees. Sixteen of the new homes are priced below market rate and offered through the city of Novato’s affordable housing program.
