Landsea Homes Corporation said its newest Bay Area community, Alameda Marina, has officially grand opened. Homes are now selling and model homes are available to tour.
A total of 182 townhomes by Landsea Homes are selling in two different neighborhoods, Island View at Alameda Marina and Waterside at Alameda Marina. Additionally, 15% of the homes are offered under the county of Alameda’s affordable housing program.
