Shea Properties has lined up seven tenants for The Square Cypress, a new mixed-use retail center with more than 31,000 square feet of specialty grocery, shops and restaurants in the North Orange County community of Cypress. Leading the tenant roster is Trader Joe’s.
Other new tenants include BLK Dot Coffee, Board & Brew Specialty Sandwiches, orthotics business Dr. Footman, restaurant El Zarape, The Kebab Shop and YogaSix.
“We are thrilled to bring the Cypress community an exciting mix of retail, fitness studios and coveted restaurant brands for everyone to enjoy,” said Kiril McKee, SVP of retail leasing for Shea Properties.
The Square Cypress is centrally located, with nearby access to the 405, 605, 22 and 91 freeways. Amenities include landscaped pedestrian pathways with seating areas and public gathering places. In addition, there will be a 251-unit apartment community, developed by Shea Properties; a 128-room Homewood Suites by Hilton developed by Tharaldson Hospitality; and a medical office building onsite.
