A month after wrapping its first phase, waterfront development West Harbor has signed more than 125,000 square feet of new tenants.
Situated on the Los Angeles Waterfront in San Pedro, West Harbor completed its first building in Phase 1. With Phase 2 set in motion, developers Jerico Development and The Ratkovitch Co. have signed another handful of tenants, completing the development’s lease-up and expedited rollout of Phase 2 plans.
Slated to open in late 2025, West Harbor will feature a one-mile-long waterfront promenade with retailers and restaurants, plus a 1,200-linear-foot public dock for boat access and more than 200,000 square feet of waterfront attractions and excursions.
The upcoming attractions include amusement park The West Harbor Wheel and West Harbor Park; Berth 84 Pop-Up Park; outdoor pickleball venue The King of Padel; Oakberry Açai; San Pedro Fish Market; pizzeria MillerButler; and café Coffee with Crème and Sugar.
Valerie James, senior vice president at Jerico Development, said in a statement that leasing interest “catapulted once Phase 1 came to life.”
