Landsea Homes has moved into its new headquarters to the swanky Fashion Island business district.
The offices, at 660 Newport Center Drive in Newport Beach, are an 11-mile shift westward for the developer, which will keep its offices at 7525 Irvine Center Drive near the Great Park in Irvine.
