A developer is planning a townhome project in Santa Clara after buying a choice site that fronts on El Camino Real, the builder said Thursday.
Landsea Homes, operating as LS Santa Clara, bought several parcels on July 13 from Santa Clara De Asis, an affiliate of SCS Development, according to Santa Clara County property records.
