Trumark Homes just made its first land purchase in Washington: 18 acres in Poulsbo, the waterfront city known as “Little Norway.” The planned Sandstone Ridge community will have 87 single-family homes, about 15 minutes from Naval Base Kitsap and an hour from Seattle by car and ferry.
