Los Angeles waterfront development West Harbor has wrapped its first phase, with the first of three buildings complete and ready for tenant buildout in San Pedro.
In development by Jerico Development and The Ratkovich Co., West Harbor will feature a one-mile-long waterfront promenade with retailers and restaurants, plus a 1,200-linear-foot public dock for boat access and more than 200,000 square feet of waterfront attractions and excursions. The project is slated to open in late 2025.
By completing phase one, West Harbor is done with Building A, the largest of its three incoming buildings. The 73,000-square-foot space awaits six signed tenants: immersive art space Hopscotch, Mike Hess Brewing, café Poppy + Rose, restaurant King and Queen Cantina, Harbor Breeze Cruises and Mario’s Neighborhood Butcher Shop & Delicatessen.
