Orange County United Way partnered with HASC on a new report, “Strengthening Orange County’s Healthcare Workforce: Recommendations for a Resilient Future,” developed by Cause IMPACTS. It examines hiring trends, turnover, and skill gaps to show where workforce pressures are greatest. The message is collaboration; encouraging hospitals, educators, workforce organizations, and community partners to work together on solutions that serve both employers and the communities they support.
