In May 2021, Kaylee Smith was named Arizona division president of Landsea Homes, finding success early in a male-dominated industry — all before she turned 30.
Landsea Homes is extremely active around the Valley with multiple projects. Most recently, the company bought a 28.7-acre parcel west of the northwest corner of Grand Avenue and Deer Valley Road in Surprise, on which 122 homes will be built.
Born and raised in California, Smith grew up in homebuilding. Her father was a superintendent and her mother was a sales counselor for a homebuilder.
