The developer of the Sea Haven community in Marina – Wathen Castanos Homes – was acquired by Trumark Homes recently in its move to expand its brand into Central California.
Sea Haven is a Marina housing development on 248 acres of former Army land and is being built into a community of 1,050 new townhouse, cottage, and single-family residential housing units. Sea Haven will also include 35 areas of parks, greenbelts, and open space.
