Landsea Homes Corporation, a publicly traded residential homebuilder, announced today that three of its premier Arizona communities have completely sold out, less than a year-and-a-half after opening. The communities include Farmstead at Harvest in Queen Creek, Sundance in Buckeye and Olive Grove in Peoria, Arizona.

“The rapid sales we experienced at these communities was in direct response to the region’s high demand for modern, quality housing at attainable price points in prime Arizona submarkets,” said Todd Condon, vice president of sales and marketing, Landsea Homes’ Arizona Division. “Over the course of the last year, buyers experienced a sudden change in their housing and lifestyle needs. In response to this market shift, we worked quickly to introduce our industry leading LiveFlex™ and Reme Halo® features so that buyers could truly ‘Live in their Element’, and the feedback was overwhelmingly positive.”

Farmstead at Harvest opened in July 2020, and consists of 90 single-family homes ranging from 1,939 square feet to 2,768 square feet. The community offers resort-style amenities, including a 7-acre park with a 15-acre lake, 45 acres of open space, permanent trails, a junior Olympic-sized swimming pool, play pool and a gathering pavilion for the community.
