Landsea Homes Corp., a publicly traded residential homebuilder, announced that three of its Arizona communities have completely sold out, less than a year-and-a-half after opening, including one near Glendale.
The communities include Farmstead at Harvest in Queen Creek, Sundance in Buckeye and Olive Grove in Peoria. Olive Grove is close to entertaining and shopping options including State Farm Stadium, Westgate Entertainment District and the Tanger Outlet Mall.
“The rapid sales we experienced at these communities was in direct response to the region’s high demand for modern, quality housing at attainable price points in prime Arizona submarkets,” Landsea Homes’ Arizona Division vice president of sales and marketing Todd Condon stated in a news release. “Over the course of the last year, buyers experienced a sudden change in their housing and lifestyle needs.”
